Introducing Kangaroo, a latest stick PC from Infocus

PC-on-a-stick devices are getting very popular and all of a sudden there are hundreds of options available for consumers to choose. Following the trend, InFocus has  just announced a new portable, phone-sized Windows desktop which has all what it takes to redefine the category.

Presenting, Kangaroo – what Infocus call this mean machine, powered by Intel Atom x5-Z8500, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of local eMMC storage and dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and this device comes with Windows 10 Pre-installed.

Few details about Kangaroo:
  • It is 14mm thick and has to battery which powers the device for upto 4 hours. This is definitely a step ahead from devices which need a continuous power
  • The size is perfect enough to be carried in a pocket or a small handbag
  • It can interact easily with Linux and iOS devices via USB cable too
  • Comes with a MicroSD card slot, USB Slots and be connected with TV screens, monitors etc via HDMI
