Hike is the Indian competitor for WhatsApp. Its been used by many. And now hike plans to open a beta program for windows phone users. Hike updates its Windows Phone app on par with its android and iOS counter parts, some times Windows Phone version gets updates faster than other. The beta program will be a private beta. Although whatsapp has a private beta since a long time it's the first time hike opened a beta program. Here is the announcement from hike team
Hike Messenger has opened pre-registrations for its Windows Phone BETA app. In total 100 BETA testers are to be selected at the sole-discretion of Hike. Hike plans to build a community of Power-Users (BETA Testers) which will help them build a better app for the Windows Phone platform. Hike also has plans to run a Bug-Bounty program & other contests on their BETA community.
As per the announcement only those who are ready for running a buggy app and give a good feedback can apply. So, those who want to apply here is the link to apply. The selection is only based on hike's decision even though there is a limit to how many gets selected there is no limit to how many can apply so go ahead and test your luck.
