Windows 10 Technical preview build 10051 for phone was released to a massive number of devices. A lot of you have probably installed it and try out the new features that are about to take the future of both Windows and Windows Phone in a new direction. While many features of this build were made public officially, a feature you have been asking for, since the launch of Windows Phone 8.1, is support for USB devices and yes, that includes your pen drives too.

Windows 10 for phone brings support for USB peripherals like keyboards, mice and memory sticks to Windows Phone. A page aimed at hardware OEMs reveal, it supports a lot more and also what it does not support.

In this post, Microsoft exposes support for USB Audio-in / out, Bluetooth dongles and USB hubs. However, initially, there will be no support for USB printing, USB webcams and scanning and more.
